Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the conditions that apply to accessing and using SoloHazlo and the tools available on our platform.

By accessing, browsing or using SoloHazlo, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must refrain from using the service.
2. Description of the service
SoloHazlo provides online tools designed to make various tasks involving files and documents easier.
Available features may include tools to compress, merge, split, reorder, protect, redact, extract pages, edit and perform other operations on documents.
The public tools can be used without creating a user account, unless a feature expressly states otherwise in the future.
3. Permitted use of the service
Users agree to use SoloHazlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
Users must have the necessary rights, permissions or authorizations for any file or content they upload, process or modify with SoloHazlo's tools.
4. Prohibited uses
SoloHazlo may not be used to carry out unlawful activities, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious content or attempt to compromise the security, availability or operation of the platform.
It is also prohibited to attempt unauthorized access to systems, files, servers, accounts, features or resources related to SoloHazlo.
In particular, the editing tools may not be used to alter documents issued by third parties, such as invoices, certificates, bank statements, official receipts, diplomas or identity documents, in order to present them as genuine. Users are solely responsible for how they use the documents they modify.
5. Files uploaded by the user
Some services require uploading files in order to carry out the requested operation.
Users remain responsible for the files they provide and declare that they have the authorizations needed to process them.
Jobs, files and temporary resources associated with processing currently expire after approximately 1 hour. Once that period has passed, our system runs periodic cleanup processes to delete them automatically.
Users are responsible for downloading and keeping the result of any processing they wish to retain.
6. Availability of the tools
We strive to keep SoloHazlo available and working properly. However, the service may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, infrastructure problems or other circumstances.
Some tools may be modified, replaced, suspended or withdrawn when necessary to improve the platform, maintain its security or make technical changes.
7. Processing results
SoloHazlo is designed to automatically perform the operations selected by the user. However, results may vary depending on the original file, its structure, format, size, compatibility or content.
We recommend checking the resulting file before using, sharing or printing it, or deleting the original file.
8. Backups
SoloHazlo must not be used as a permanent storage service or as a document backup system.
It is the user's responsibility to keep a backup copy of their original files and of any result they consider important.
9. Intellectual property
SoloHazlo's design, visual identity, software, structure, graphic elements and other proprietary content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Using the platform does not grant users any ownership rights over SoloHazlo or its proprietary elements.
The rights to documents uploaded by users remain with their respective owners.
10. Third-party services and technologies
SoloHazlo may use external services, infrastructure, libraries, technologies or providers needed to operate, protect, analyze or monetize the platform.
Some of these services may be subject to their own terms, policies and conditions.
11. Advertising
SoloHazlo may display advertising as a way to fund its operation and keep certain tools on the platform available for free.
The presence of advertising does not necessarily mean that SoloHazlo recommends, guarantees or endorses the products, services or content advertised by third parties.
12. Limitation of liability
SoloHazlo provides its tools to make digital tasks easier, but does not guarantee that every file can be processed correctly under all circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SoloHazlo will not be liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform, incompatible files, loss of information the user did not back up, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the tools, how they work, technologies, services used or applicable legal requirements.
